Kansas Governor Bill Sebelius military, to help children
April 9, 2008 - Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius has signed House Bill 2714 device of the Interstate Compact Educational Opportunity, the member for children. The compact design is to eliminate the success of education, children of military families who move frequently, and use of their parents.
